Smart cockpits have been evolving towards software definition and centralization. In order to enhance the user experience, audio management in the cockpit has quickly evolved from processing simple alarm, radio, and CD player inputs to complex applications that require simultaneous completion of surround sound, active noise control, AVAS, and other complex applications.

In terms of human-computer interaction, with the popularity of edge AI, people are beginning to use voice to control vehicles in order to enhance the safety of driving. The trend of younger buyers also brings new demands for entertainment, and car karaoke has become a standard feature for many new energy vehicles. Active sound technology integrates game elements while driving, making augmented reality successfully available in in-vehicle applications.

Scheme Introduction

The smart cockpit audio solution based on CCD5001 offers a zero-code algorithm mode and comprehensive one-stop ser vices, including audio hardware drivers, system audio requirement routing design, SOC-side tuning, upgrade interface sup port, and third-party vendor algorithm integration.

The system is equipped with a single-core floating-point computing power of up to 6.4 GFLOPS and provides a 4 GFLOPS hardware FIR/IIR accelerator, enabling the integration of advanced high-order cockpit sound effects and sophisticated audio processing algorithms. It supports ECNR for voice calls, ENC, and AVAS algorithms.

With up to 16 sets of digital audio interface SPORT and 24 high-performance ASRC channels, it enables multi-channel au dio processing. The system also offers flexible clock routing support for master/slave mode configuration, meeting diverse audio design requirements.

Source Management:Rich audio mixing and focus management, supporting media, voice, navigation, communication, and alert sounds. Various volume priority strategies set volume priorities based on the importance of different audio sources.

Audio Adjustment:Supporting source curves, sound field adjustment, equalizer settings, and speed compensation.

Voice Interaction:Supporting E-Siri real-time wake-up, Bluetooth/Carplay call echo cancellation,and voice enhancement.
