The power of new energy vehicles mainly includes power batteries, motors, and electronic controls. The power battery provides the driving force for the whole vehicle, while the electric control of motor act as the power driving control system. New energy vehicles need to comply with stricter carbon dioxide emission standards and functional safety requirements, which has spawned ultra-efficient three-phase inverter solutions for pure electric vehicles. In addition, new energy vehicles requires high-performance and high-reliability MCUs to achieve electronic control function.

● Low-Cost Multi-Motor Integrated Solution -- Baed on CCFC3007PT Control System.

   Features of CCFC3007PT

Full-stack Security:MCU, MCAL, and functional safety libraries have achieved functional safety of ASlL-D; Comply with the EVITA-Full specification.

Autonomous Core:PowerPC architecture, multi-core collaboration(3+1).

Memory Resources:Embedded 12/8/4MB Flash, 1.5MB RAM. lt supports Hardware A/B SWAP and OTA updates.

Rich peripherals:Integrating 12x CANFD, 16x LlN, 8x SPl,1x Ethernet (TSN),338x l0, 32x eMlO 8x SDADC combined with ETPU can achieve dual-rotor soft decoding.10x EQADC modules can achieve phase current parallel sampling.ETPU generates three-phase PWM for the motor.

This solution includes two MCUs (CCFC3007PT), integrating the VCU and MCU on single board solution. It is responsible for driving intention analysis and motor torque output processing, featuring vehicle power output, energy management, and other functions, characterized by high integration and low cost.
